Production Technique
Thecommon aluminum silicate board is manufactured with flint clay as mainingredient through melting ,fiberizing(with addition of an adequateamount of cementing agent),solidification in solidification chamber andcutting .The whole process is fully PLC controlled and the product isformed in one continuous process.
