Production Technique
Aluminumsilicate fiberized wool:it is manufactured with natural fine qualityflint clay or artificial composite ingredient (alumina powder,silicondioxide and zircon sand) through resistance melting and fiberizing inhigh speed centrifugal machine.
Aluminum silicate fiberized woolneedled blanket: it is manufactured through adding an amount ofauxiliary materials in the process of fiberizing and through fabrickingsedimentation,trimming, meedling(reinforcing the fibers throughneeding, hitching the fibers to form a soft blanket product), hightemperature shape setting, lengthwise and crosswise cutting , weighingand packaging. The double side needling technique of our company hasmade the quality of our products far above common needled felt.
